Mindful Mat Pilates
Small group postnatal Pilates mat course & classes in studio (Powlett Reserve Community Centre) or online (PRIVATE & DUET) for postpartum mothers and their babies, to:
aid recovery from pregnancy & childbirth by increasing blood flow and oxygenation to damaged muscles
rebuilding abdomen & pelvic floor
soothing the mind, relieving symptoms of PND & baby blues
build mother infant bonding
low-impact, gentle exercises enabling new mothers to heal safely
We're committed to helping you safely return to exercise, no matter what stage of motherhood you're at. Drop in to our one hour weekly classes in studio or begin your journey to wellness with consistency by signing up for a course. Alternatively, a 45 min private class or personalised 10 week course to recovery is also available online in the comfort of your own home. Suitable for Vaginal, VBAC & C-Section with medical approval.

Reformer Pilates
Group exercise Reformer Pilates classes designed for 3 different levels, from absolute beginners to elite athletes, at Collingwood’s newest private wellness club Saint Haven. Offering a a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, using state of the art technology, breathwork, neuromuscular focus and instruction on the supreme Kauffer Reformer beds. Hone your pilates practice while enjoying a moment of mindfulness, in the world class sanctuary of the Saint Haven studio. *must be a Saint Haven member to attend.

A 9:15AM Wednesday & Friday morning group exercise mat work pilates class for all levels, including absolute beginners; safe for all ages and abilities, including seniors and postnatal. Round out your week by entering a flow state, stabilise body and mind with our moving meditation, mindful pilates practice. Using pilates breathwork to improve energy, mood and mobility. Drop-in group exercise pilates class at Collingwood Yarra Leisure Centre - must be a YL member to attend.
