Mindful Pilates

An evidence based mat work Pilates practice integrating holistic approaches to wellbeing. Moving meditations of slow flow, traditional Joseph Pilates method, mindful muscle recruitment and focused breathing to produce a flow state of mind. Improve energy, posture and spinal flexibility, and discover an overall sense of wellbeing and mental clarity in a safe space for all. Suitable for all stages of life. Contributing to enhancing everyday function, after injury, illness, surgery or trauma, for mental health maintenance, pre and postnatal support, and allied complementary support for professional athletes in training and / or recovering.

We teach with intention, integrity and personalised care to deliver the best Pilates technique for Mind, Body and Soul. Our Instructors are trauma informed post-graduate, full time Professional Pilates Teachers.
